The work required on my house was extensive. When I met with Tom from Ryan Home Services to go over the work involved and estimated costs, I became extremely nervous. Tom saw this and almost immediately put my mind and fears at ease telling me exactly what he would do, step by step. With Toms references seemingly as genuine as they were, and his openness and honesty explaining the work to be done in terms that I understood, I selected Tom to do the renovation to my house. During the project, there were minor issues that came about, as expected, but in working with Tom, they were all resolved in no time at all and without complications. Everything Tom said he’d do, he did, plus more.Tom’s character, integrity and honesty is real and genuine and his work effort and quality are superior. Tom at Ryan Home Services did a very nice job finishing a large room in my basement. He had great suggestions for the layout on the room and the types of finishes to be used. Tom told me the finished room would look as if it were an added floor to the home as opposed to a basement, when he was done, and he was correct! The room looks great! He has great ideas and will follow through with them. I highly recommend him.
